Life and Times and Fall and more..........

And you check in and there's an entry......Finally huh! Yea, your due an update from the river side here. Life in a drumming way with friends and animals and all that kinda stuff. We had a pretty good time last nite, Sunday. All things considered. We had some drama, which several people we know love, it turns out. I won't get into details cuz then I'll have to name name's and nobody deserves the world to know the petty stuff from those times when cabin fever sets in, or summer heat or just drama.Lets just leave it at that and you can ask me when you see me and I'll fill you in. Heat is on all our minds to by the way, hot and more hot. Hey, its supposed to start being Fall tommorow, Sept, 22, but its actually going to be in the triple digits for a few days. I'm ready for the cooler times when the leaves turn and the blankets come out. Our Fire season at work hasn't been very busy, though its not over yet. Soon though it'll be time to be off for the next 6 months and I'll be saying goodbye to all my friends in the Fire world and heading to new work in new places.
Music has been good, amid all the other things going on. We had a get together here Saturday for my belated Birthday and everyone showed up and we had good times. Thanks for you all who made me feel not so old and glad to have friends like you..................See you again sooner.........
I have been seeing lots of cool birds and here's a couple of shots,The old gallery Blue Heron in the trees and a Golden Eagle, all from this week..............

A Wednesday............

A Sunday night of fun and frolic for sure. We had a great time together drumming, dancing and hulahooping..........The stars and the moon were our light and the smiles were our draw. We spent the night in the chateau of dreams and listened to the frogs and coyotes. The rivers so low that its voice is barely audible but its still there and on Monday we swam and enjoyed not working and just swimming and laughing with friends.
